Quality Assurance Process
From project confirmation to delivery, the entire translation and localization process are always subject to rigorous quality control.
Prior to delivery, each project goes through the following steps:
Translating – source files provided by clients will be translated into English or Chinese by translators who have worked in the industry for years.
Editing – translated files will be submitted to our editors for editing. Before joining Transon Translation, our editors have worked in the industry for more than 10 years. Editors identify and correct inappropriate expressions, making translations sound natural to target audience.
Proofreading – immediately following the editing, the files will be returned to the translator who translated it. The translator will review editor’s comments and put forward dissenting opinions if he/she has any doubts on the comments. In the course of proofreading, interaction between the translators and editors is encouraged.
Localizing – in terms of website localization, content translation is the first step. Upon the completion of content translation, the translated content will be sent to our website specialists for localization processing.
